As the Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing our guest with “Southern Hospitality” throughout their stay. The Front Desk Agent has a combination of duties related to check-in and check-out of guest, directing calls to the department, answering guest inquiries that contribute to the overall positive experience for our guest.
The ideal candidate will have guest service experience and is able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
